Monster Purge FAQ
Be sure to read all the FAQs prior to purchasing tickets!
Children under 6 are not permitted. Ages 6-12 needs a paid adult to sit next to them. You must purchase a ticket to ride with your child whether you are shooting or not.
Any of the Buy Ticket buttons on this site will bring you to our ticketing site. Click "See Dates & Times". Choose the date then time you would like to attend. This is a timed event so you need to purchase a ticket that only works for a specific time.
After you choose your date and time, you will need to choose how many tickets and whether you want a general ticket or a VIP. Then click "Add To Cart". General tickets include 100 rounds, VIP tickets include 300 rounds and preferred seating.
You will then have an opportunity to purchase more rounds (100 per pod) and any souvenirs you may want. Simply choose a quantity and/or size when asked. More souvenirs not shown on our ticketing site are available on site.
In the next step, checkout, you will have an opportunity to review your purchase. You can check out as a guest, or sign up for an account for faster checkout on your next purchase.
Enter your credit card information (100% secure site), and click on "purchase".
You will recevie an email with your ticket QR code that will be scanned at the event. You can print this QR code out or you can leave it on your smart phone for scanning.
You must arrive 20 minutes prior to your purchased time slot. No refunds are provided if you miss your time slot.
General Admission tickets include 100 rounds, VIP tickets include 300 rounds and first seating.
The Monster Purge hours of operation change according to day of the week and extend closer to Halloween. Check operation days and times on our ticketing site.
The bus runs every 30 minutes so time slots are available on the hour and half hour.
You must arrive 20 minutes prior to your purchased time slot. No refunds are provided if you miss your time slot.
Times can change without notice due to circumstances such as weather.
Yes there are porta-pottys available at the attraction.
Yes, we accept all major credit cards.
There is no charge for parking.
Unfortunately, given the nature of the attraction, we cannot accomodate wheelchairs or strollers/carriers on the bus.
As you would expect when dealing with Monsters and Monster trucks, all patrons assume all RISK and DANGER before, during and after the attraction. Please read the waiver provided on our website and when purchasing your tickets.

When you purchase a ticket for Monster Purge, you agree to the following:
IN CONSIDERATION of being permitted to compete, officiate, observe, work, or participate in any way in the MONSTER PURGE ATTRACTION or being permitted to enter for any purpose any RESTRICTED AREA (defined as any area requiring special authorization, credentials, or permission to enter or any area to which admission by the general public is restricted or prohibited), EACH OF THE UNDERSIGNED, for himself/herself, his/her personal representatives, heirs, and next of kin:
1. Acknowledges, agrees, and represents that he/she has or will immediately upon entering any of such RESTRICTED AREAS, and will continuously thereafter, inspect the RESTRICTED AREAS which he/she enters, and he further agrees and warrants that, if at any time, he/she is in or about RESTRICTED AREAS and he/she feels anything to be unsafe, he/she will immediately advise the officials of such and if necessary will leave the RESTRICTED AREAS and/or refuse to participate further in the MONSTER PURGE ATTRACTION.
2. HEREBY RELEASES,WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE Grim Productions LLC, the promoters, participants, Kane County Fairgrounds, sanctioning organizations or any subdivision thereof, ride operators, ride owners, property owners, officials, competition vehicle owners, drivers, pit crews, rescue personnel, any persons in any RESTRICTED AREA, promoters, sponsors, advertisers, owners and lessees of premises used to conduct the MONSTER PURGE ATTRACTION, premises and event inspectors, surveyors, underwriters, consultants and others who give recommendations, directions, or instructions or engage in risk evaluation or loss control activities regarding the premises or MONSTER PURGE ATTRACTION, and each of them, their directors, officers, agents and employees, all for the purposes herein referred to as "Releasees," FROM ALL LIABILITY TO THE UNDERSIGNED, his personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin FOR ANY AND ALL LOSS OR DAMAGE, AND ANY CLAIM OR DEMANDS THEREFOR ON ACCOUNT OF INJURY TO THE PERSON OR PROPERTY OR RESULTING IN DEATH OF THE UNDERSIGNED ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE MONSTER PURGE ATTRACTION, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE.
3. HEREBY AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS the Releasees and each of them FROM ANY LOSS, LIABILITY, DAMAGE, SICKNESS OR COST they may incur arising out of or related to the UNDERSIGNED’S INJURY OR DEATH, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE.
4. HEREBY ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISK OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE arising out of or related to the MONSTER PURGE ATTRACTION whether caused by the NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES or otherwise.
5. HEREBY acknowledges that THE ACTIVITIES OF MONSTER PURGE ATTRACTION ARE VERY DANGEROUS and involve the risk of serious injury and/or death and/or property damage. Each of THE UNDERSIGNED, also expressly acknowledges that INJURIES RECEIVED MAY BE COMPOUNDED OR INCREASED BY NEGLIGENT RESCUE OPERATIONS OR PROCEDURES OF THE RELEASEES.
6. HEREBY agrees that this Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement extends to all acts of negligence by the Releasees, INCLUDING NEGLIGENT RESCUE OPERATIONS and is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the laws of the State or Province in which the MONSTER PURGE ATTRACTION is/are conducted and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.
I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND HAVE SIGNED IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT, ASSURANCE OR GUARANTEE BEING MADE TO ME AND INTEND MY SIGNATURE TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST
